Processing: Orders are dispatched within one business day from our Australian facility.
Rates: We offer flat-rate express shipping Australia-wide. Shipping is free for orders over $200.
Packaging: All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging to ensure privacy and security.
Returns & Cancellations
Due to the sensitive nature of our research compounds, all sales are final once payment has been processed. This policy is in place to maintain a strict closed chain of custody. To ensure absolute quality control and product integrity, we do not allow products to re-enter our inventory once they have been allocated for shipment or left our climate-controlled facility.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team at support@peakhaven.com.au within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide your order number and photographic evidence of the issue.
We will investigate and, where validated, offer a replacement.
